Service Description

Dr. Jonathan Lenahan first started his yoga journey in 2010 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Practicing yoga showed him a way of being in tune with the body and mind that no other physical exercise had done before, and he was inspired by how yoga helped him see the creative forces behind all life. In 2013 he received his 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teaching Certification from Happy-U Namaste Yoga Center in Ocean Beach, California. Drawing upon his background in Tae-Kwon Do, Surfing, Tai Chi, Nature Awareness Skills, Massage Therapy and Chinese Medicine, Jonathan’s classes are centered towards elevating the awareness of his students and expanding their experience of energy, space and time for optimal self-healing and relaxation.
