A truly holistic approach to medicine is treating each individual as a whole and not just treating the symptom or disease process. Yes, we can treat your headache or any other symptom you may have but we also want to look at any internal (biochemical/nutrient) deficiencies or external environmental toxins and any emotional/mental behaviors and beliefs that may be blocking you from getting well and returning to an optimal state of health and wellbeing. Dr. J will listen to when your health challenge began, what you've tried and what has not worked, walk with you through your daily routine from waking up to going to bed to discover any underlying habits that may be contributing to your symptoms. Dr. J will then perform Pulse & Tongue diagnosis to discover what your underlying imbalance is according to Chinese Medicine. You will also receive a Constitutional Acupuncture balancing treatment.
